DUTIES:Â Â Â Â Complete
daily cash functions such as account tracking, payroll and wage allocations,
budgeting, donating and all types of cash and banking reconciliations. Set up
and improve accounting systems and processes to meet business needs and
maximize effectiveness of operations. Analyze monthly balance sheet accounts
for corporate reporting to corporate offices and cooperation with affiliated in
Mexico. Manage entire accounting cycle including gathering information,
preparing documents, finalizing reports and closing books; Support monthly
analysis to achieve validation of internal reports and to reconcile production
operations and general ledger. Generate financial statements and facilitated
account closing procedures each month.; Prepare financial statements and all
financial information requested by affiliated offices in Mexico, in compliance
with international accounting standards (IASB). Supervise administrative
control, closing deals into System. Supervise floor plan control by Smartcash
system. Manage warranty reconciliation.
MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS:Â Â Bachelors
of Accounting, plus 24 months of experience as an Accountant or Auditor. Same
day travel once a month to Reynosa, Mexico for corporate meetings at Mexican
affiliated offices.
